Nice home, great location but needs updates and had undisclosed charges.

Pros: -The home was nice, clean and in an excellent location. -The owner was very attentive and responded to any questions/concerns in a timely fashion. Cons: -The house was a bit outdated as far as kitchen and bathrooms were concerned. Examples, non-functional microwave or no hot water in showers. -Camera in the living room that made us feel "watched" during our stay. Would reccomend moving to front entrance. -We tried to have some family over and were charged a fee per person. Wasn't disclosed until our arrival... Would not have been a problem if disclosed prior to rental as we would have taken into consideration. -There was only Air Conditioning in two of the rooms. House listed as "having AC". Overall, a favorable experience but would consider the cons if they have any weighting on the type of vacation experience you'd like to have.
