The hotel ask you to pay additional fess upon check in. Expedia make it clear that all fees are included, but the hotel does not understand this. I was charged an additional £100 for a 6 night stay, and refused a refund after Expedia told me this should not have happened. Staff were rude, and the hotel is still under construction!

Nice hotel but far from everything and unfinished

Hotel was nice and new but unfinished, a good option to consider for the price. The first night we were asked to move rooms due to a leakage from our room to the bottom room. They offered us a queen size bed at the new room in a lower floor but we arrived to 2 single beds put together, instead of 1 single queen bed. Also the hotel showers don't have the 3rd door which covers the same from water splashing all over the bathroom while you shower. When I called reception to inquire about the door, I was told all rooms were the same because the supplier had not delivered all doors. Furthermore, the breakfast/food area needs more thought because I wouldn't recommend having food out uncovered while flies are roaming around. I thought it was unpleasant to see the ham, cheese, bread and other items left uncovered, even while being used by the guests, I think it's a sanitation issue. Aside from this the staff were nice and caring, specially the receptionists and restaurant employees. I would recommend ONLY if the items mentioned could be resolved.

Nice new hotel in Cali, Colombia

This hotel is a new and located in a residencial area. A lot of family and chain restsurant all within walking distance whih the mayority openining at night. Traveling with children no problem hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi

Die Besitzerin ist ein unikat und total liebevoll, die Lage ist ruhig aber sehr nah am Zentrum. ank, Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. alles gerade mal 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Hatte eine tolle Zeit.

Mi cuarto estaba sucio cuando hice check In, la cama estaba llena de pelos y parecía que no habían cambiado las sábanas. Pedí cambio de habitación y el baño estaba sucio, el piso también, pedí que vinieran a limpiar y no fue bien hecha. Originalmente mi estadía era 4 noches pero hice check out a la segunda.
