Breakfast was always a caos. First breakfast I got there 45 minutes before closing and it wasn’t food left, no place to seating and staff were clueless about what to do. Manager wasn’t very helpful and explained that the hotel was full and that in top of that they also take outside people for breakfast as well and pretty much they prioritize these people I guess because of the cash. Manager offered points will be awarded to my “Hilton Honors” membership. But I never got any.

Excellent service and attention. From the front desk with Carolina and Valentina, to Gustavo at the entrance, Judith in restaurant. Amazing staff, always cordial and prompt to help guests. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfy. The surrounding area is nice with lots of restaurants to walk to. We always come back to Hampton in Cali.
