Great sleep! Tip the cleaning staff!

Came in late and was quickly greeted and in our room. Customer service was kind and swift. We didn’t go down for breakfast bc we decided to actually sleep in and left right at check out. For a quick trip it was relaxing had a good night sleep. The only negative I can say is that housekeeping started knocking on our door around 10am even with the do not disturb hanger on our door. We just no thank you and they were on their way. Then around 10:45 they knocked again and we said almost ready. I wasn’t really bothered by this but some people may be. I still left a tip for cleaning staff. Those people work hard and are generally underpaid. Please leave tips for the cleaning staff!

Disappointed

We normally stay at this hotel as we have family in the area. We haven't had any issues prior. When we arrived to the hotel I approached the front desk to check in. The gentleman behind desk seemed rather annoyed with this. He was also annoyed with the people coming out from the pool area because they were dripping water on the floor. When we arrived to the room, the duvet was really dirty. My husband ended up taking it off the bed and took it to the front desk to get a cleaner one. We are hoping that it was just a fluke.

The pool was very fun for the kids and even the adults with spiral water slide. Smoking balcony was also a plus. Free breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, sausage, eggs, make your own Belgian waffles, cereal and milk, bagels, toast, yogurt, and frest fruit.
