Casa Belo Jardim is located within the Antiga Fábrica da Manteiga in Arco da Calheta, a property comprising two self-contained units, surrounded by pleasant outdoor areas where you can enjoy a peaceful and sunny atmosphere.
This space comprises a functional studio with four single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette.
With a maximum capacity of 3 people, it is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends, offering independence and flexibility throughout your stay.
To ensure a peaceful stay, please note that the outdoor areas are divided between the units: Casa Belo Jardim has access to the lower garden, whilst Casa Fábrica da Manteiga has the terrace and the upper garden.

Located in Arco da Calheta, a quiet area highly appreciated for its mild climate throughout the year, Antiga Fábrica da Manteiga offers easy access to Calheta Beach, restaurants, cafés and local services. The area is known for its natural beauty, levada walks, hiking trails and ocean views, making it an excellent base from which to explore the island in comfort and tranquility.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
