King-size bed in south master BR with Jacuzzi, steamer shower and private toilet. North master BR with its own Ensuite too (Jacuzzi and shower). The other two BRs with Jack and Jill. Central A/C to keep you cool during hot days. Buses and c-train near by. Lots events and fine restaurants in Kensington area and Downtown. There are door code for access the house and garage. It's secure and easy for check in or out.

Home away from home
We have been staying at this property for over 4 years when we take our daughter to the Children's Hospital. It is quiet, clean and located close to the hospital, as well as the zoo and science center. Joe is very easy to communicate with. This time we found the house had some fresh paint, was very clean and had some beautiful new additions, like a piano!

Ladies Weekend
The space this exactly what we needed to enjoy a ladies weekend away. Joe had great check in instructions and there was ample sleeping space for all. It was overall a positive experience. We did find the house needed a good deep clean (vents, light fixtures, and carpets were dirty) and we could’ve used extra pillows and a dish cloth. It is clear the owner cares about the property and the neighbours; although, we felt very watched. The property manager was watching the security cameras on the house and messaged to ask us to go inside when four women went outside for less than 10 minutes to enjoy a drink on the deck. We spent all of our time inside after that as we didn’t feel comfortable being watched using the outdoor spaces. Overall it was a good stay.

Great house for a large group -- in central Calgary close to neighborhood shops and coffee houses
We were a group of 12 friends who stayed at this house for a reunion. Great location, safe, close to neighborhood coffee shops and cafes. We enjoyed walking each morning to get lattes and pastries at a few different coffee houses about 7 minutes away on foot. The house is a short drive or Uber ride to downtown Calgary (about 10-15 minutes in car), and we walked to the downtown a few times too--about 35-40 minute walk. House was just as portrayed on the VRBO listing. Felt new and everything in good working order. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. Very large kitchen and gathering area that accommodated our group. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern. Master bath shower was just fantastic. AC worked great and kept the house cool during our August visit. Joe, the owner, was responsive to all messages leading up to our visit, and also was immediately responsive when we messaged him during our stay to request a few things. It's hard to find a rental on VRBO with this many bedrooms and bathrooms in central Calgary, and particularly a house with this level of newness and comfort. We were grateful to have found this house. Highly recommend this rental. All in all, a great experience.

Guys golf trip

Home away from home
Close to all amenities, including Children's Hospital. We have stayed here several times, and the owner even remembered that we needed a fan. Owner is very efficient and easy to deal with.
