House with 3 floors with elevator, and enabled for people with reduced mobility. Floor 1: kitchen, dining room, banyo lounge complete with shower. Floor 2: 3 rooms (2 doubles, and one with bunk beds for children) and a bathroom with shower. Floor 3: Terrace with solarium, study and laundry area.
