This apartment was very clean and comfortable. The price was great and our stay was pleasant. Only two things did not work well. First, the picture that is used for the property is misleading. It's a picture of the garage for the home, not the home itself. I was not aware that I would need to go down stairs to a basement apartment. The stairs did not have a railing and I had my elderly, disabled mother with me. It was difficult for her to use the stairs. The other issue was that I did not receive the welcome email that provides the code and instructions for the stay. We arrived at midnight and were not able to get in. I called VRBO and the agent was very helpful! She called the host, obtained the access code for us, and stayed on the line with us until we were safely in the apartment.
