Redelijk appartement, gunstige ligging

Het appartement is van binnen enigszins gedateerd, met name de badkamer (veel te kleine douche en klein ligbad zonder scherm); de matrassen zijn lekker hard, maar de ombouw is krakkemikkig. Als je niet veeleisend bent, is het een redelijk goed onderkomen met voldoende parkeergelegenheid en een gunstige ligging t.o.v. een restaurant en een supermarkt.

Fijne lockatie, inrichting vergane glorie, koelkast werkt niet naar behoren, weinig extra borden en bestek, bijkomende kosten voor tourist tax en milieubelasting, samen 200 EUR voor 4 personen!

Caldonazzo: een vakantie met oneindig veel mogelijkheden van water tot schitterende bergen.

Mijn partner was al vaker in Caldonazzo geweest, maar ik niet. Zij heeft mij enthousiast gemaakt voor Caldonazzo en terecht. Het appartement was prima: ruim, schoon,opgeruimd en bevatte alles wat je nodig ( kunt ) hebt ( hebben ) in een vakantie. De familie Agostini is bijzonder aardig, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Jammer genoeg sprak alleen Agostini junior Engels, waardoor een praatje met een van de familie alleen kan als hij erbij is. Het appartement ligt bijzonder gunstig: op loopafstand is er een supermakt, kun je je krant in de binnenstad halen en kun je naar het meer om te genieten van de zon en het water. Wij hebben de omgeving verkend via wandelingen in de schitterende bergen en met bezoekjes aan Verona en Trento. De laatste stad heeft wel veel oude gebouwen maar weinig cultuurhistorie. Alleen het beeld van Dante in het centrum kun je niet missen. Wij hebben beide steden met de trein bezocht, wat heel goed te doen is en de kosten per trein zijn in vergelijking tot ons land bijzonder laag. Verona is een aaneenschakeling van prachtige gebouwen of overblijfselen daarvan en dan niet alleen de Arena en het balkon Van Julia en Romeo. Ook het station is vanuit het appartement lopend gemakkelijk te bereiken. Terug naar het appartement van de familie Agostini. Om het appartement staan meer dan genoeg stoelen om lekker te genieten van de zon. Want dat geluk hadden we: het weer was bijzonder mooi. Kortom; het appartement is een aanrader en wij zullen het danook met veel enthousiasme aanbevelen aan onze families, vrienden, buren en kennissen.
