The chalet "La Casa de Madera", located in Calafell, boasts views of the nearby mountain and is located in a very quiet area, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday or a few days of peace and quiet with your partner. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine and Smart TV with Chromecast. The villa has a private outdoor area with garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace, plastic pool (open from 15 June to the end of September) and barbecue. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away (6 km). Free parking is available on the street. Pets, groups, parties and events are strictly forbidden. Check-in is only available for guests over 25 years old.

At check-in a cash deposit must be paid in cash, which will be returned at check-out when the property is checked if everything is in order.

During the winter season, from November to April, the heat pump and the electric radiators of the house can be used freely and the electricity meter will be read at check-in and at check-out, and the electricity consumption of the guest during the stay will be charged per Kwh. This amount will be paid on departure in cash when handing over the keys or will be deducted from the deposit.
