My trip to Egypt

This place was nice, clean and comfortable with ac, hot water and tv with a balcony with a nice city view, the room was pretty big, employees were nice too.. walking distance to everything, stores, restaurants, Ramses train station, Tutankhamen museum, Nilo river and khan al Khalil bazar erected.. I really recommend it. I’ll definitely stay here again…

When we got there its not a hotel its a Hostel, The guy at check in could not speak a work of English, I booked a room with 2 beds he tried giving a small bedsit with only one single bed, Also I booked for breakfast.. No breakfast at property when asked..

L'hébergement se dit un hôtel quand en réalité il s'agit d'une pension ou auberge. J'ai payé 200 Euros pour une chambre deluxe avec balcon vue ville et salle de bain privative. La chambre qu'ils m'ont donné n'était pas propre, pas de balcon mais des fenêtres avec une vue bloquée par du fil de fer et un semblant de végétation. Le linge de lit quasi inexistant (pas de drap, seulement une vieille couverture,),avait des tâches de tailles différentes et suspectes, la clim reversible ne marchait pas, pas de salle de bain ni de douche privative mais seulement un pommeaux de douche au dessus du toilette, qui était tout noir. Des tâches sur les murs, des excréments de souris sur le bord de fenêtre. Je suis arrivée en vol de nuit, à 4h30 j'étais sur place. Ils n'avaient pas d'autre chambre disponible à ce moment là. Il aurait fallu attendre midi pour vpir si la dame de la chambre pour laquelle j'avais payée partirait réellement. J'ai préféré ne pas rester afin d'éviter d'attraper des bestioles. J'ai été encore plus surprise de voir seulement une proposition de bon d'achat dz la part d Expedia,l'hôtel ayant refusé le remboursement. J'ai du trouver un autre hôtel en urgence, qui m'a coûté 200 euros supplémentaires. Je demande le remboursement total de la chambre. Il est inadmissible d'accepter de maintenir cet hôtel avec les photos publiées puisqu'elles ne représentent en aucun cas la,réalité de la situation. Je vous demande un remboursement complet avant d'entamer des mesures

En arrivant à l’hôtel vers 20 h , la chambre réservée depuis 10 jours n’était pas disponible. On nous a proposé une chambre soit disant dans l’annexe de l’hôtel rénové tout récemment alors qu’il s’agissait d’ un pensionnat pas loin de l’hôtel , chose que nous avions refusée et expédia nous a pris en charge dans un autre hôtel. Un acte de non professionnalisme avéré et condamnable . Nous apprécions par contre la célérité d’expédia pour régler le problème.
