This is the worst 5* hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty after housekeeping had been and the balcony was covered in dirt so you couldn’t even enjoy it. The hotel has no laundry service or room service. We were charged £80 for 2 people to eat in a very average buffet for dinner. At check in, we were not informed about the hotel processes or amenities whatsoever, only that breakfast was on floor 2. The service at breakfast was incredibly poor, the staff stand around chatting rather than checking on customers. We had to request drinks rather than being asked. When housekeeping did attend to our room, the complimentary tea and coffee were not replenished. We also had an empty minibar. Overall, for the price this hotel is absolutely NOT worth the money.

The property was very nice but my Son and I got Food poisoning on our last night at your hotel. We traveled to Luxor the next morning after spending the night in your bathroom. My son was so sick the hotel in Luxor Stienberger doctor saw him 5times IV ‘s plus medication for the food poisoning. We only ate in your hotel and we did like what we had except getting sick. Your concierge set up a driver and a tour guide who was fantastic. I only wish my son who spent 3 days the the hotel room in Luxor could have seen the Valley of the Kings.
