Nice staff, good location

A nice hotel to stay at for the price. A little worn down (for example broken lamp shades) but generally clean. The hallways are noisy (massive echo when every door in the hallway closes) and there is no elevator (2nd and 3rd floor with luggage is a bit difficult) but still nice for the price.

There is only stairs access to the 1st and 2nd floors however we do have staff available to assist with luggage should guests require it. Cairns Stay

Pros: we like everything about it
Location: It is just a short walk to the esplanade and to the shops
We have stayed at Coral Tree Inn before and find the location is perfect for us as we are able to walk to the shops and the esplanade. The staff are wonderful.....and it's a terrific place to stay.
