Excellent central guesthouse

Great location on pedestrianised shopping street close to old town, but very quiet as the rooms are on the interior of the property. Spacious, clean room with excellent amenities. Central communal area with fridge and microwave is great, although it’s a little musty as there’s no windows. Good wifi and very friendly owners who were prompt and helpful with communications. Would gladly stay again! Be aware there’s a number of steps to get up, as it’s on the third floor (no elevator). About 10 mins walk or a very short bus ride to bus and train station.

La camera era molto umida e si vedeva dalla muffa eliminata dalle pareti. L’odore di umido era la conferma. Lo split del condizionatore era pieno di muffa e non si poteva accendere. La pulizia era approssimativa tanto che abbiamo trovato anche un lombrico sul pavimento che girava.

Correct malgré tout.

Nous avons réservé la chambre Pesce pour 7 nuits. Situé en plein cœur du centre ville, très bien localisé pour les visites, les repas et le transport. Les propriétaires sont joignables sans difficulté, bien que nous n’ayons pas eu l’occasion de les voir. Pour un séjour de 2 à 3 nuits c’est parfait. Pas plus sinon compliqué. La chambre que nous avons eu est spacieuse pour 3 personnes mais relativement humide. Les serviettes séchaient difficilement entre chaque douche malgré un bon système de ventilation. Impossible de prendre 3 douches d’affilées car l’eau chaude faisait défaut. Et je dois dire que prendre une douche à 27degré au mois d’avril c’est compliqué. Il fallait donc un intervalle de 30 à 40 mn entre les douches pour pouvoir se doucher sans trop de soucis en se dépêchant, et encore. Il faut donc avoir du temps et s’organiser au mieux. Ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes est contraignant et pas très hygiénique à mon sens mais on s’y fait. Par contre la poubelle à disposition pour le papier usagé est un peu petite quand on s’aperçoit que le ménage n’a été fait qu’une fois dans la semaine et à notre demande. Et enfin au dessus de notre chambre des habitants avec un chien. Dès 7h du matin qui courait partout et malheureusement le plafond est très mal insonorisé donc on pouvait tout entendre. Pas très reposant lorsque l’on est en vacance. Donc des améliorations possibles et recommandés car l’établissement est vraiment bien placé et à un prix abordable.
