Newly renovated apartment consisting of two bedrooms, each with private bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, full kitchen, heating, air conditioning. The apartment has parquet flooring, and is finished down to the smallest detail. The blue room has a balcony. The bedrooms have a 43 ”Smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account and can be used free of charge; Nespresso coffee machines and Alexa home automation systems complete the rooms. Access to the apartment is self-check-in.

Space

It is located in a residential area 10 minutes from the center on foot. The bus stop is 20 meters away. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and several bars within 50 meters. The opera house is a 10-minute walk away. The area has numerous free parking spaces. Guests can access the entire hotel at any time through a personal code. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating, wardrobes with LED lights, Smart TV, coffee machines and the beds equipped with 30 cm memory mattresses. The lounge has a sofa with built-in double bed with 18 cm memory mattress. The bathrooms have spacious showers and dedicated heating. Free towels and sheets will be provided. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and toaster, food processor, juicer.

The rooms are equipped with an Alexa home automation system. Instructions Alexa; To set an alarm clock say: "Alexa, wake me up at 7." or "Alexa, set an alarm in 8 hours." To know the weather forecast, say: "Alexa, what will the weather be tomorrow in Cagliari?" To put some music say, "Alexa, put some music." or: "Alexa, put on happy music." To turn on the TV say, "Alexa, turn on Blue TV." , or Gray TV according to the room where you are.
Please do not use the shoes at home, these can be stored in the bench in the entrance or in the special metal drawer inside the wardrobes. Always remember to turn off the heating in the bathrooms and air conditioning before going out. Please do not use the air conditioning with the windows open. Excessive electricity consumption will be charged.
