The hotel is a very good value. We rented the Family Deluxe apartment which has plenty of space. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see various smudges/marks on the wall of the toilet room. I cleaned them off with some soap and water. The drainer in the sink in the bathroom had some brown looking grime or mold around it (maybe it simply is too old and should be replaced.) There should be a little more communication regarding when the cleaners come. I didn’t see a “do not disturb” sign we could use. It’d be nice to have an option to leave your trash out at a certain time of day for collection. Except for these criticisms, I was very happy with Zeitwohnhaus and would stay there again.

Great hotel! Room was quiet, big enough and clean! The bathroom perfect for short stays (big shower, no bath tube). For Checkin details (code) I have to go through a complicate application or website from the hotel organisation.. WHY??? I have booked the room via hotels.com - so you should be able to send me all necessary details! Keep it simple - then you guys get the 5th Smiley!
