Primer apartamento reservado se encontraba en muy malas condiciones. El segundo que me dieron mejor.

En general bien, pero hay que mejora aspectos como los soportes de las duchas de los baños, atomizador para el grifo de la cocina para que no salpique, microondas y horno no se sabe cómo funcionan y otros aspectos menores que se deben mejorar.

Le top pour avoir "les pieds dans l'eau" en centre historique

Au 11e étage du seul haut bâtiment du centre historique, l'appartement fait face à la mer et à la plage de la Caleta. Situation idéale également pour visiter le centre historique à pied sans prendre la voiture. Même si l’immeuble et les installations sont un peu datées le propriétaire fait des travaux de rénovation chaque année ce qui promet un bel appartement moderne d'ici quelques temps. Mais déjà, en l'état c'est un super pied à terre.
