The Space
This stylish and modern villa offers the perfect mix of luxury and nature. With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it’s ideal for relaxing getaways or small families. Both bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that open to the patio, providing easy access to the outdoor spaces. The master bedroom includes an ensuite full bath, while the second bedroom offers ample comfort. Step outside to your own private pool and enjoy the large outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining area—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing by the pool.

Enjoy the “rancho,” our outdoor kitchen area, which adds an extra space to share unforgettable moments at Casa Sirena. This area offers additional outdoor dining options and provides the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The open-plan living space features two large glass sliders that open to stunning views of the mountainous Guanacaste landscape, creating a bright and scenic ambiance that brings nature inside.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the property, and entertain yourself with a TV with Internet access, which also features a welcome screen displaying our tours and services. Guest Access
Guests have access to all rooms in the house and the private courtyard, including the outdoor terrace, rancho, and amenities such as the electric gate and fenced yard.

Other Things to Note

The villa is just an hour from Daniel-Oduber-Quirós Airport in Liberia, Guanacaste, and only minutes from essential services and several tourist attractions. You can visit one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches, Playa Conchal, just 5 minutes from the villa, as well as other natural beaches like Playa Grande, Playa Minas, and Playa Bahia de Los Piratas—great for surfing and exploring hidden coves.

There are activities for all adventure levels—from zip-lining, mountain biking, surfing, and horseback riding to hiking in nearby national parks like Palo Verde and Rincon de La Vienta Volcano (only 2 hours away). A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, offering a wide range of local and international cuisine.

A $500 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay. It will be released after 7 days, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

A 4% nonrefundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
Welcome to Casa Sirena! We love for our guests to have a fabulous time enjoying all the house, pool, and garden have to offer. This isn’t just a rental—it`s our home, and we kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect. Please note, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or out. We also don’t accept pets, but we encourage you to entertain and invite friends over—just be friendly neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Large gatherings aren’t permitted, and to keep things comfortable for everyone, we limit visiting guests to 4, with no more than 6 guests sleeping here at a time. The lovely little casita on the property is our private residence and is not accessible to guests. We`re excited to host you and hope you create wonderful memories at Casa Sirena!
