We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is well equipped and furnished with newly renovated decor. The furnishings are very comfortable. It has a large outdoor deck with a spectacular view of the beach, Sea of Cortez, and the pool of the neighbouring all inclusive resort Krystal, which is quite a low key and relatively quiet resort in our experience. It is a very short walk down one flight of stairs to the heated pool. The entire complex is stunningly scenic. In our stay we observed whales, turtle nests hatching and Mobula Rays jumping amid beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance, the main grocery shopping is a 20 minute walk down the beach or a very short car ride, the main village where the Art Walk takes place on Thursdays is but a 10 minute drive, and Cabo San Lucas is approximately a 30 minute drive. The only reason I give this unit a 9.8 out of 10 is that it does not have a BBQ. Many of the other units in the complex have one and it would have been nice for making simple meals outside while having a cerveza looking at the view. We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit.
