Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo with ocean views in Ocean front community.

This condo has two bedrooms with Ocean views, and two Bathrooms. Two Balconies both with views, and a Wet Bar. The complex sits next to your own semi-private beach "Cabo Bello". This beach is great for snorkeling! on the west side you have Monuments beach which has good surfing.
Misiones del Cabo has two pools, the main pool has a swim-up bar with music and TV. There is also grill where you can order Tacos, Burgers and the like.
The west side pool you could take your own drinks and get sun late in the day with some fantastic views of Cabo.
There is a on site general store that also makes Breakfast, and lunch. Near by "walking distance" There is Sunset de Mona Lisa,
The Sunset Grill, The Cape, Puerta Vieja, and The Welk so you have plenty of dining options.
If you want to do it yourself besides the General store Costco is one mile away, and Super Walmart is two miles away. Just added a Fresca market was built right across the highway from the Condo. Fresca has everything you need.
We have on site parking, and there are onsite Taxi cabs at the ready. Just recently the HOA is now charging $3.50 a day to park in the lot. If you rent a car. There is UBER in Mexico.
And if you want to walk to the highway the bus is 81 cents. Cabo is just two miles away.
Ok About the Condo it is one unit away from the elevator, which you will be happy about. The Condo has a King , and a Queen beds.
It comes with everything, TV, with Youtube TV, and Netflix, and Prime Video. Stereo with Blue Tooth, All the Kitchen stuff, Water weenies, Rafts, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Ice Chest, Beach Towels, BBQ, Dolly to lug your supplies, Patio Furniture, Ceiling Fans, AC, Games, Books, Washer and Dryer, Coffee maker, Blender, Microwave, WiFi with 150 MBS, Hair Dryers,There is a also a portable crib if you have an infant.
There is 24 hour Security. The staff is all very friendly, and will help you with any questions you may have.
Also my Property Manager speaks English, and can set up excursions as well shopping for you, and any other services you may require.
PS There is a discount offered for stays of two weeks or more.

We saw sunrise from our balcony and sunet by the infinity pool by building seven. There were two pools and we swam every day. The service at the pool bars was outstanding. The interior of the condo is great. The bedrooms are on different sides of the living area (kitchen, table, couches, tv). There are two balancies and three sliding glass doors. It was like living in heaven.

This was a great rental! Jerry provided a lot of useful information and quickly replied to our arrival and departure messages to him. The location is close to everything. But far enough away from Cabo to look at its twinkling lights at night. The unit is clean and pretty and comfortable and so well stocked for beach days. We really felt at home there. There is ample secure parking. The pool area is very spacious and relaxing. I enjoyed the fresh banana daiquiris! The beach is steps away from the end of the units. It is a calm and well cared for beach. The value for this rental is definitely present. When we go back, we will stay here again. I can provide no higher recommendation than that.

Our one month stay at Misiones, Cabo San Lucas

The condo has beautiful views and we liked the pool and nearby restaurant called Manta at The Cape Hotel. We definitely had problems in the beginning with mold and dust from 5 large sand bags left under the bed for many years, but when my husband dragged them out to the terrace and we cleaned under the bed things became better. We also didn't have consistent wifi or TV until the property manager was able to obtain a new modem from the telephone Co. which took weeks. Jerry, the owner did compensate us for these problems. We also had new light bulbs installed in the kitchen which made a big difference.

A lovely relaxing home away from home!

We love Misiones del Cabo and have stayed many times in this wonderful complex. The Taco Bar has excellent food and the staff is friendly and fun to interact with! Elihu the property manager is wonderful! Easy to communicate with and fast to answer any questions we had. The views are great . We just love Misiones del Cabo and this unit was very nice!

Wonderful VRBO

Unit was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean and well stocked -- could use a few more wine glasses and coffee mugs. Owner was easy to deal with and always provided quick response. Property Manager Elihu, was exceptional and attended to any questions or issues we had. Went above and beyond when my phone charger died and had his brother pick me up a new one. Would highly recommend this unit -- you won't be disappointed.

The perfect condo

The place is a great location. Any thing that you could think of needing for a vacay is provided. Everything from wine bottle opener to low lying beach chairs is in the condo. It has great space and quite clean. Very quiet complex too. I suggest having your own liquor because the pool bar drinks are very weak. I had the shrimp ceviche and it was fresh beyond comparison @ the pool bar. We had trouble with connecting with the internet, but after it was resolved, the trip was smooth sailing. My first trip to Mexico and we felt very safe and.accomodated. I would recommend this condo to others.

Weekend stay

The condos themselves are very nice and convenient. It was bigger than expected and plenty of space for my wife and I. Walking to restaurants can get a little confusing but we were able to get and do whatever we needed. Had a great time here. The swim up bar at the pool was very nice to have there also.

Wow!!! This condo was so nice, clean and refreshing!! The views of the ocean were great, (we seen whales alot in the morning, march time) we really enjoyed the people who work in the resort, the beach, the pool/pool bar, food, drinks, just everything about it!! No complaining from us!!

A Little View of Paradise in Cabo

Great experience. This was our second time in this complex, but we rented a different unit from a different owner this time. Very roomy condo with a great view from the verandas. We watched whales every day from the deck (we need to bring binoculars next time... ). Contrary to previous reviews, I found the WiFi to be solid and fast (we had our own DVDs just in case). The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. The little pool bar actually DOES take credit cards and the food is really good for all excellent price. There is a property manager at your beck and call, and a private cab service that was VERY reliable. We will be back in January! Thanks for letting us stay at your place Jerry! Kendrick and Denise

Beautiful view, perfect weather and all the comforts of home and then some!

The owner and property manager were easy to reach, It is very clean and well furnished. All the kitchen tools you need and in addition to that, plenty of beach and pool equipment. Clean and beautiful property and great location to stores and the Corridor.

Stunning view of sunrise from the balcony

We stayed at Jerry's condo in the first part of November. The weather was perfect (the upper 70s and no mosquitoes) every day. The view from the balcony was stunning! Every morning we got to see the sunrise. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. You walk through a beautifully landscaped common area to get down to the beach (about 5 min walk). The beach there had a feeling of privacy and quietness. We saw a lot of fish when snorkeling. We were glad that we brought our own snorkeling gear as there was no rental place nearby. The drinks and food at the pool bar were excellent; fresh, tasty, and well-priced (we didn't expect it to be that good but it was!) They take credit cards even though the condo instruction says cash only so that was good. In downtown Cabo, you often get better deals with cash (dollars in cash are better than a credit card peso payment). We were concerned about the parking situation as we found out that their parking was impounded. Luckily we managed to find a parking spot every night for our compact rental car within a couple of mins' walking distance. We were also told you could park for $5 on the impounded parking lot by the guard. The workers there were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe the entire time. There is a grocery store (Fresko) and Walmart across the highway but you do need to loop back to the bridge to cross to the other side; the same loop to get to downtown Cabo. We were glad that we had a rental car as it was not set up particularly well for pedestrian traffic. This condo had everything, including bottled water when we arrived and the place was clean. You will need to bring your own toiletries though. We loved staying here, the amenities and the views were amazing!!! (oh, you can view the sunset from the 2nd pool, save yourself from going to the Cape - it's the same view :)

Poor Wi-Fi and bedding

The sheets were cheap, ill fitting and mismatched. The bedspread was tattered. Wi-Fi hardly worked at all. We rebooted 15 - 20 times and it would only last a short while. Overall, the facility is decent and the location is excellent. Disappointing to have these significant flaws mar the experience.

Perfect and Peaceful Condo

I tried to come up with one thing to complain about when the property manager asked me on my last day, but I couldn't come up with any. Everything is clean, organized and working well in the condo, nothing is too outdated. Fast Internet, great view of both the pool and the sea. Love the beach chairs and sun umbrellas in the closet. The outside landscape was very well maintained. 5 min walk to the beach (coarse sand though). Not many medium range restaurants within walking distance, only the high end Sunset Mona Lisa which is amazing. Property manager Elihu, is very nice, helpful and good communicator. 15-20 min ride to the Marina if you want to see crowds and tourists. I would love to come back to stay.

Great vacation in a great location

The beach really is private! The balcony's have great views. The pools and pool bar are relaxing. The condo is comfortable and spacious and has everything you need, though maybe not everything you'd want if you were planning to cook all meals there. Grocery stores are close and theres a little market + pizza place on site. There's some fancier restaurants in walking distance, but the condo in a very low key area, mostly residential - so you'll want to taxi/uber to most activities. Cabo is very covid conscious - masks and social distancing are required which helped ease our anxiety. Testing for your flight home is on-site and readily available all around los cabos. The hosts were great and staff/security are very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location and look forward to returning again.
