Welcome to your new home away from home! From the moment you step into this spacious condo, you’ll notice the beautifully remodeled kitchen and all the cooking necessities one could ever need. The kitchen is complete with brand new cookware, utensils, traditional Mexican dishware and all your basic appliances!

As you pass through the living space and onto the patio, your breath will be taken away with the spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez! This outdoor living space is filled with live greenery and comfortable patio furniture, creating the perfect oasis! During the winter months enjoy watching the whales migrate from the comfort of the patio!

When you’re ready to relax inside, help yourself to the use of the smart TV that is equipped with basic streaming services such as Netflix and Apple TV. A JVL Bluetooth speaker is also available for use as you enjoy listening to music while cooking up a meal!

Not only does this condo overlook the ocean, but also the heated pool and restaurant where you can enjoy a spectacular meal and a cold drink at the swim up bar!

There are two private beaches available to choose from! One beach is located at west end of the property where you can go to watch the sunset and enjoy the view of Lands End (the famous Cabo Arch). The other beach is located on the east end of the property where you can view the sunrise and snorkel alongside tropical fish!

The bedroom and living space both have large sliding glass doors, enhancing the panoramic view of the ocean! Enjoy listening to the waves all while laying in a wonderful king size bed.

The bathroom shower is complete with a sitting bench and two large shower heads.

Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset de Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel. Enjoy some live music at Jazz on the Rocks that offers a fantastic sunset view of all of Cabo and Lands End!

If you are interested in taking a trip downtown, it is a quick 5 minute Uber drive.

There is an onsite mini-market with a variety of groceries, beer and some spirits. Across from Misionies is a large grocery store called Freskos. Costco and Walmart are also within a 5 minute drive from the condo!

While we had a small hiccup upon arrival, communication with Kayla was excellent and she quickly made things right.We loved this property. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The view is gorgeous and photos don't do it justice. We'd definitely book again if we returned to Cabo.

Our host Kayla was very accommodating. The condo was great. Beautiful view of the ocean, sunrises and whales right off our balcony. Snorkeling at the beach was amazing. Everyone there were very friendly including Louis and the all the other guys that worked in the bar by the pools. The food was also awesome.

Winter Get-Away

This was our 3rd trip to Misiones. We have found it to be the perfect location and property for us! This particular unit was beautifully upgraded and decorated. The kitchen contained all of the necessary items for a comfortable stay. There were cleaning supplies available for us which was a great help. There were games, books and beach supplies for us to use, as well. We celebrated a birthday while we were there and our thoughtful owners left a HUGE bouquet of flowers for us when we arrived! A perfect example of their attention to detail! The views from the balcony are spectacular! The only glitch in this location is that the noise from the pool floats up to the condo. It can get pretty loud down there, but it closes by 10:00pm so it really wasn't much of a concern for us. We hope to return to this unit in the future!

Amazing Condo

Great location and beautiful decorated condo. The condo is furnished with everything that you could ask for. Big spacious balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach and sunrise. Kayla was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
