The beach is about a 100 yards from the house and stores, restaurants, and night life are all within walking distance. The main level of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are furnished with 2 king size and 2 full size beds. The house has all the amenities of home including free Wifi and satellite television. Below the main level there is a casita with a private entrance that has a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with shower, living room, and fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The deck is furnished with patio furniture, a 10 person dipping pool, charcoal barbecue, and a brick pizza oven. This is a great location for a group or two families!

Absolutely amazing location! This condo was perfect for the 8 of us with the access to the casita we definitely could have had more! Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room where it didn’t feel overcrowded and walking distance to the Marina Walmart. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach/ Mango Deck/ The Office and close proximate to the club scene. Included a cleaning service who were very friendly and had everything you could need to enjoy Cabo!

Great location for walkability. Downside of location is very loud at night from music at next door restaurant and nearby clubs. The outdoor patio was a good space and the small pool was great for our daughter, but there is a very loud constant noise from the HVAC system at the hotel next door which sounds like a train, made it unpleasant to be outside. The pool has missing tiles that cut our daughters foot. The casita downstairs was locked when we arrived and didn’t have hot water for 3 days after we arrived - it also smelled a little dank. The kitchen sink in the main house had a significant leak in the cabinet below that had been there before our arrival, which took them several days to fix. The communication with management company is not the best or quickest. Bedding is not the best. Walls are dirty. This house has a lot of potential but clearly a long time rental that is best suited for folks looking for the Cabo party scene and has had its share of parties.

Perfect Location and Size
This property was perfect for our friend reunion! We had 7 people stay comfortably and definitely could have had 3-4 more. The place was walking distance to everything-- the marina, restaurants, bars. It was a quick taxi to the bar district, but there was plenty nearby. Would definitely stay again!
