The Space

Surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens and centred around a sun‑drenched in‑ground pool, the property offers an inviting sense of calm and seclusion while remaining moments from everything Byron has to offer.

The ground floor features a generous foyer leading into multiple living zones, including a well‑equipped kitchen with family room, an impressive dining area with soaring ceilings, and a separate lounge that opens onto the deck overlooking the garden and pool — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Byron’s glowing afternoon skies.

A huge rumpus and media room provides an ideal retreat for kids and teens, while a laundry (with washer and dryer) and powder room complete the lower level.

Great location, fantastic sized house. Loved that beach towels were supplied and the fact there was ample parking and storage for surf boards and bikes. BBQ was very clean and ample crockery. Take your own sharp and chopping kitchen knives (as there were none).Just a great spacious house we had a really comfortable stay and a great long wekend. Top shop was an added bonus. Thank you.
