A little noisy during the day with building nxt door and at night/early morning with neighbours on the other side. An umbrella by the pool and outdoor shower would have been really useful as would a Dyson type vac for sand.

Great house, great location! Just enough out of the main part of Byron but still easy enough to get to. Awesome street with the beach across the road and nice cafe's and the tree house down the road.
