PROS: Beautiful location, easy access to a beautiful beach area, friendly and helpful staff. Food and drinks THE BOOMB! [GREAT], plus chilly local beer always available. Great value for your money. TO IMPROVE: Cleaning of the room can be better, and mattresses are too firm for my confort. Definitely not suitable for long stays.

Nice Pousada, excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pousada, the location is unbeatable, the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast and lunch (included in the rate per night) were very good. The room was not what we expected, though it faced the beach, it had a tiny window, and the bathroom was pretty small too. I guess that the rooms in the 1st and 2nd floor were much better and with a balcony.

Adoramos a pousada, staff excepcional, cozinha muito boa, embora ache que o quarto e seu enxoval necessitem revitalizaçao e renovaçao. Que decepção! Nao volto nunca mais.

Decepcionante. O quarto pra 03 pessoas parecia improvisado, nao cabia nada, as janelas do quarto e do banheiro nao abrem e falta ventilacao. No dia que choveu, a tv nao pegou nenhum canal. A area externa que e o grande diferencial deixou a desejar... nao colocaram as almofadas externas alegando previsao de chuva e mesmo me oferendo pra retirar caso isso acontecesse, me informaram que daria trabalho pra limpar. Detalhe, me informaram que a area externa e do bar e nao do hotel, entao, mesmo vc reservando pra utilizar essa area, o bar que decide se monta a infraestrutura pra vc ou nao. Meus pais de 70 anos passaram o dia sentados numa cadeira dura de madeira pra ver o mar por causa dessa atitude. Alem disso, pra consumir tem que ir ate o bar porque os garçons nao prestam atencao no cliente. No quarto, a porta do Frigobar nao fechava e nao tinha nada pra consumo dentro dele. O cabideiro estava quebrado, e alguns funcionarios mal humorados. Nao tem vaga pra todos os hospedes no estacionamento e a chave do carro tem que ficar na recepcao. Se for sair, nao use seu carro , senao fica sem vaga ao voltar no final de semena. Apesar disso, os funcionarios da limpeza, da massagem, do restaurante e o carregador de malas foram muito atenciosos.A comida do restaurante é gostosa.

pousada precisando de uma reforma, banheiros com bidê, quartos com teto com manchas de vazamento. vaso de flores de plásticos necessitando de troca, controles da televisão com defeito, foram trocados diversas vezes, quarto sem comunicação direta com a recepção, qualquer demanda tínhamos que subir e descer degraus altos. quarto 46 que meu sobrinho ficou com degrau para dentro do quarto bem grande. controle de ar também, com defeito. tv com defeito a tardinha, tivemos que aguardar no a troca somente no dia seguinte. funcionários solícitos. café da manhã e almoço muito bons.

Pontos positivos: localização na areia, funcionários Pontos negativos: o preço da diária não condiz com as instalações dos quartos, que são antigas e apenas com reformas básicas, por exemplo não há secador de cabelos, para uma diária de 750 reais? O café da manhã e almoço com sobremesa estavam incluídos. No primeiro dia as sobremesas não pagas eram cheesecake de banana e torta de banana... quem não gosta de banana, é alérgico não tinha opção, fiquei com impressão que as bananas estavam estragando e fizeram TUDO de banana. As outras sobremesas eram pagas, R$4,50 um brigadeiro...precisa mesmo cobrar numa diária de 750 reais?
