En posada ancora de ouro cabo frio mala experiencia, las habitaciones pequeñas, no era lo que contratamos para 2 adultos 2 niños 1 cama doble y 2 individuales, nos entregaron 2 camas individuales y 1 camarote, nos acomodaron 1 cama nido bajo la cama ya que mi hija estuvo a punto de caer del camarote cama de arriba, el frigobar estaba de muy mal olor, el baño de mal olor, el closet en mal estado, no tenian shampoo ni acondicionador en los baños, las toallas las cambiaban cada 2 días y las sabanas cada 3 días, el desayuno pobre, pan de molde con hongos, los huevos los cobraban aparte que en ninguna posada u hotel lo habia visto! Además muy lejos de todo!! No recomendaría para nada esta posada! Nunca me habia pasado en ninguna reservación de hoteles y posadas!!

Assim que cheguei fiquei num quarto horrível , para 5 pessoas , suíte 05 , pareciam até qua tinham improvisado para nós … sei lá ! Acho que acreditaram que eu não iria por causa da política da reserva de pagar direto no hotel ! O quarto mal dava pra andar, a tarde pedi a troca de quarto e no da seguinte nós trocaram por um mais confortável…. estiquei meu ckecout até as 19 eles não sabiam mais já tinha pago tudo , me Cobraram na frente dos outros clientes ….usamos a churrasqueira foi tranquilo sem custo , meus filhos adoraram a pousada , o café poderia ser melhor … mais no geral foi satisfatório!

No geral agradavel, limpeza, arrumacao, atendimento, café da manhã todos bons. Chuveiro em uns dias com água quente e outros gelada.
