I love almost everything the welcoming at the hotel was one of the best Leo at the reception and Marcelo was very friendly, I’m very happy to see how good they sove some problems and attention to detail. Van driver beach club was super friendly and pontual. The food was good but the only thing that was not so good is the room service take too long like 2 hours for just one plate of food. Apart of that everything was perfect. And I really recommend this place to stay.

Everything was excellent except the dinner, which was just ok and some days really disappointing regarding service and food. I suggest not to recommend the dinner offer package at the front desk because it is better for the whole experience that people go have dinner outside until they are able to improve the dinner as a whole. For example service and food at beach club are totally different and enjoyable.

Venho por meio desta mensagem deixar uma reclamação formal pois faço questão que ocorrido comigo e meu filho hoje neste estabelecimento chegue aos proprietários para que *JAMAIS* isso ocorra com outra família. A situação que vivemos mostra um total despreparo para receber famílias e principalmente crianças assim como deixa nítida a falta de preparo e comunicação entre os funcionários. Assim como falta de compaixão e empatia com o próximo. Em 18/01 as 12:00 em nosso check out (eu, meu marido e um bebê de 1 ano e 7 meses) perguntamos se o restaurante da piscina estava aberto, fomos então informados pela recepção que abriria as 13:00. *detalhe importante: em todos comunicados do hotel informam que o restaurante de segunda a segunda a partir de 12:00* De qualquer forma, como precisamos dar almoço para nosso filho para seguirmos viagem aguardamos pacientemente. As 13:00 horas nada feito, retornei à recepção e questionei e o atendente informou que mais uns minutos e iniciaria o serviço, *neste momento fui clara em perguntar:servem almoço? Servem pratos de comida? Pois preciso alimentar um bebê.* *Recebi a resposta que sim* Para nossa supresa as 13:10 o funcionário inicia o atendimento do restaurante afirmando que apenas petiscos estavam disponíveis e não pratos. Que para comida precisaríamos aguardar até 14:30. Neste momento, meu bebê que já aguardava sentado começou a chorar pedindo “papá”. Não houve 1 segundo de sensibilidade. Muy básico

Hotel básico con un estándar mínimo de calidad. Habitación: colchones duros, sábanas y cubrecamas viejos, toallas viejas y asperas, no hay café/cafetera o agua, considerando que las habitaciones dan hacia zonas comunes no tienen visillos en las ventanas, papel higiénico de la calidad más básica, al igual que shampoo y jabones, todo de la calidad más baja que se pueda encontrar, lo que lo hace sentir de mal gusto. Desayuno: muy básico, con poca variedad y lo mismo, todo de calidad mínima, el pan es lo único que podría decir que se salva. Sentimos que el hotel en general es pretensioso, por ejemplo dicen tener un "bar de piscina" que en realidad es un kiosko aburrido, el club de playa no está cerca, hay que tomar su traslado (incluido en el hospedaje lo que esta muy bien) sin embargo no es realmente exclusivo del hotel y se puede acceder de manera independiente, sin necesidad de ser huerped. Si destaco la piscina y terraza de piscina que es súper grande y limpia, también los jardines que estan hermosos y bien cuidados. También destaco a hay una agencia de turismos ahi mismo. En general precio vs calidad deja mucho que desear, no lo recomiendo.

A pousada é incrível, a piscina é espetacular o clima de natureza e a vista da praia e fenomenal. O atendimento dos funcionários altamente capacitados e felizes em atender. Gostaria de salientar e dar os parabéns ao atendimento do bar da piscina. Em contrapartida o hotel anuncia nas fotos disponíveis no site que o local de hospedagem e com o pe na areia e não é. pra vc ter acesso a praia vc tem que se deslocar uns 10 minutos a pé ou a propria pousada tem traslado. Não existe no hotel acessibilidade para os quartos para cadeirantes. Muito difícil para quem tem necessidades especiais de locomoção.

Gostamos! O fato de ter o clube na beira da praia e muitas comodidades é muito bom, o lugar tem a vista linda e é muito bonito, eu que amo fotos aproveitei. O antedimento na pousada é ótimo, as porções que comemos estavam muito boas e com bom preço. A limpeza também merece destaque, bem limpo e organizado. Não gostamos do fato de ter muitas escadas, mas já era sabido pelo que li de outros comentários. Caso tenham algum problema quanto a isso é melhor verificar antes pois há quartos próximos da entrada da pousada. Eu recomendo, fomos em um período tranquilo no final no mês de outubro então pudemos aproveitar melhor. A localização é muito boa, fica perto da praia de João Fernandes, Azeda, praia da Armação e da rua das Pedras indo tranquilamente a pé.

Eu escolhei a pousada pelo atrativo de ter um beach club pé na areia, pois foi uma viagem em familia com uma bebe de um ano e 3 meses. Só que o clube estava em obra, com acessos restritos. A piscina estava liberada, mas o local não estava acolhedor. Não tinha sequer uma ducha de água doce disponível para dar um "banho" pós praia na bebê. Já que a minha ideia era ter essa possibilidade. Acredito que seja bom, mas para o momento, a minha experiência nao foi boa, pq nao tive o serviço que esperava. Ja no hotel, foi tudo bom. Atendimento de qualidade, cafe da manhã com mtas opções, instalações boas. No quarto poderia apenas ter blackout nas cortinas. Os petiscos do bar da piscina são deliciosos. Recomendo a pousada. Bem localizada, próximo tanto da praia de João Fernandes quanto a dos Ossos, que é um charme a parte.

LA PASAMOS EXCELENTE EN LA FORET!

Excelente decisión elegir este hotel! TODO el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento a toda hora! La comodidad de contar con el servicio de traslado al club de playa, el club de playa en sí muy cómodo! Nosotros viajamos con una bebé de 1 año y medio, y el salón de juegos es espectacular para que se entretengan los niños! Los precios para comer en el hotel son razonables, volvería sin lugar a dudas!
