nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!

Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Great Location

Very good experience. Staff was great, hotel is great in a wonderful location. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. We wanted to be close to all the shopping and this was the best.

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service

The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

FUNCIONÁRIOS ABRIRAM A PORTA E NOS SURPREENDERAM

Nao é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos no Atlântico, mas dessa vez nos surpreendemos durante a tarde de dois funcionários abrirem a porta do quarto, mesmo com o aviso de "não perturbe"... estavamos deitados, com roupas íntimas e eu corri para preservar a minha esposa de mais constrangimento. Isso foi de uma extrema falta de cuidado e muita negligência. Eu e minha esposa estamos extremamente constrangidos com o fato.

Café da manha excelente, muito bem servido, com qualidade e quantidade, frutas frescas e saborosas. O quarto, depois da troca dos aparelhos de ar condicionado, ficou muito silencioso, limpeza excelente, cama macia e confortável, iluminação perfeita, blackout perfeito, varanda perfeita, a troca das toalhas ocorre a cada dois (02) dias, chuveiro com agua em abundancia.

Lamentável pela situação passada.

Hotel muito bom, confortável, estrutura excelente. Peca no atendimento, no café da manhã poucos funcionários, ou sem treinamento, pois sabendo que o hotel estava cheio, teria que colocar mais funcionarios para dar conta. Levei um vinho, primeiro quando pedi uma taça, o funcionário do bar falou que não poderia me ceder, pois só havia uma taça, daí ele me deu uma de plástico, fui a recepção e relatei o fato, eles me disseram que poderia ir ao bar e pegar a taça, quando cheguei, o funcionário falou que a taça só poderia se fosse consumir o vinho do hotel e que, neste caso, apenas poderia alugar a taça,segundo o funcionário, é norma do Hotel. Achei um absurdo, um hotel que não é barato, do porte que tem, não poder oferecer um taça a um hóspede ou dizer que só tem uma, conclusão, fui ao comércio e comprei uma taça. Os funcionários da recepção disseram não saber desta norma. Lamentável. Deixo aqui minha indignação. E espero que o hotel reveja estas normas e se prepare melhor para quando o hotel estiver com suas reservas cheias.
