The property was very well, just ona something not very good was that our room was close of the kitchen so we wake up very early with the sound of the dishes but in general was very good

Boa noite Sai de búzios hoje dia 27/01 , ainda bem que foi apenas 1 diárias pois a pousada é pessima Não fiquem pois as fotos não condiz com a realidade Lençóis e toalhas velhas , encardidos e mau cheirosos Fui pedir uma outra toalha ao recepcionista e o mesmo me informou que toalha são trocadas a cada 2 dias de hospedagem e que fosse o caso de trocar antes seria cobrado uma taxa , o que acho pessimo , A rua das pedras não é a 10 minutos e nem a praia a pé , tivemos que contratar um táxi p chegar aos pontos turísticos Pois além de longe o local a noite é muito deserto !!! Um senhor na recepção muito grosso Esse pousada é um filme de terror .

O banheiro do quarto precisa de uma manutenção, o ralo do box estava soltando e a limpeza não estava mt bem feita! A roupa de cama estava suja quando entramos e solicitamos que fosse trocada. O funcionário/proprietario que ficava na parte da manhã na recepção foi extremamente mal educado

Separou todas as expectativas em Buzios

Ja estivemos em varias pousadas em Buzios mas de fato esta superou as demais: extremamente limpa, bonita, agradavel, ventilada (nao prdcisamos de ar condicionado), cafe da manha tuso fresquinho, gostoso, caseiro, reposicao rapida, nao tenho nada a dizer que nao: parabens e ckntinuem assim.Excelente de verdade.

Experiência incrível na Pousada Casuarina Ferradur

Fiquei apenas um dia na Pousada Casuarina Ferradura, em Búzios, com minha namorada, mas foi o suficiente pra querer voltar logo! A localização é excelente, bem pertinho da Praia da Ferradura, que é tranquila, linda e perfeita pra relaxar. A pousada tem um clima super aconchegante, atendimento atencioso e uma vibe muito tranquila — ideal pra casais. Ficamos muito à vontade o tempo todo.

Mt bom, ficaria novamente, meu quarto era mt arejado e ainda tinha varal para estender roupas molhadas da praia, cama confortável, café da manhã excelente cm bastante variedade, ótima localização perto do centro. Só o q me incomodou q eles trocam as toalhas d 2 em 2 dias, como estava só eu e meu marido não suja tanto, mas acredito q uma família com crianças suja mt. O resto só elogios!

Roupas de cama e toalhas sujas, banheiro e quarto em condições precaria de sujeira. Tinham BICHOS no banheiro, claramente nao limparam antes de oferecer o quarto. Atendentes totalmente inflexiveis para trocar quarto ou limpar.

A pousada tem ótima localização, café da manhã excelente mas algumas considerações em relação à piscina: os guarda sóis estão ruins, não conseguimos fixa-los abertos, os lounges estão com os assentos rasgados, um deles estava quebrado e a piscina não tem escada com apoio para subir e descer, dificultando para crianças e idosos, inclusive machuquei o dedo ao descer pois tropecei em um azulejo quebrado, então são itens que precisam ser olhados com carinho
