Staff, especially the breakfast attendant, were friendly and helpful. The room refrigerator was a good size but very noisy and buzzed constantly. Bed seemed small for a queen and, combined with the bedding, made for an uncomfortable night.

Four family members in town for a Lady GaGa concert, staying for three nights. We booked the two story, two bedroom, two bathroom loft and couldn’t have been happier with the room and property. Staff is friendly and responsive, breakfast is excellent and the room itself was clean and fit our needs. Location is close to many restaurants, Target and access to freeways. The area and property never felt unsafe or dodgy. We enjoyed the property and area so much we left planning another return stay for a Chargers game when the weather is a little warmer in Sept. Would definitely recommend.

Was a very long wait at the desk for someone to check us in and there were others waiting as well. The bathroom in our room needs major attention/updates and the breakfast buffet did not have much. Dog area was disgustingly. Parking lot was well light so we felt safe.

The ‘non-smoking’ room smelled horribly of old cigarette smoke. Staff was great, breakfast was what you expect at a hotel chain, a few more option b s than the standard continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room was clean but the smell was really bad.

Staff in arrival was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, however the bathroom had a gel like wet film on the door. Also there was a concerning hole by the bathroom door into the wall. Looked like something chewed through dry wall. The drywall was peeling away in the bathroom beside the toilet. Our stay was ok. I do hope the owners take more care in the upkeep needed. Rooms need to be checked more carefully. Breakfast was fine and clean area.
