The house is located in a quiet side street with no through traffic and is individually decorated and suitable for 4 people.
The living area has a cozy seating area and a double wardrobe bed. Color television, radio, CD player and various Light reading.
A separate bedroom for 2 people is located opposite the bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought, but can also be optional
be booked. The integrated, modern open kitchen is included
Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and microwave.
WiFi is available free of charge.
Pets are very welcome.
For larger families, the "Ferienhaus-zum-Friesentraum", which is next door, can be booked separately if this is not occupied.
To the south is the garden with a terrace and an outdoor fireplace.
Modern new garden furniture and a barbecue are also available.
The enclosure with thuja hedge and fence offers a certain privacy.
On arrival and departure you can park at the holiday home for loading and unloading.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden freundlich empfangen von den Hausbesitzern und alles wurde uns erklärt. Das Haus war passend für 2-4 Personen, die Einrichtung praktisch und gut. Das eingezäunte Gärtchen war eine schöne Möglichkeit für unseren Jacky um sich auszutoben. Die Bepflanzung vor der Haustür ist wunderschön

Schöne Unterkunft nah der Nordseeküste

Der komplette Prozess von der Reservierung bis zur Schlüsselabgabe alles top. Dazu noch sehr freundliche Verwalter. Sollten wir nochmals die Ecke wählen, dann auch gerne dort. Also rundum zufrieden. Wer Interesse hat, im Ort gab es leckere Fischbrötchen am Hafen allerdings die besten.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus ein paar unvergessliche Tage verbracht. So gepflegt, sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Auf dem großen Grundstück hatte unser Hund ausreichend Platz zum Toben. Die Lage des Hauses war super, wir haben nicht lange zu Fuß zum Strand und zu den Restaurants gebraucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Lage des Bungalows mit Zaun und Hecke waren perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Hund. Buchung, Ein- und Auschecken waren problemlos. Der Bungalow ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man hat aber alles was man braucht und die Bilder der Anzeige passen mit dem Überein was man bekommt. Für eine Woche Nordseeurlaub können wir den Bungalow und Tossens empfehlen. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Hundefreundliches Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus, perfekt für 2 Erwachsene mit Hund. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung gemütlich. Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert, das Verwalterpaar ist sehr nett. Die Umgebung ist schön, man kann gut direkt von zuhause aus mit den Hunden losgehen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Wunderschönes Tossens

Die Wohnung war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenie und Hund) vollkommen ausreichend. Alles Sauber, Betten waren schon bezogen, Heizung eingeschaltet. Super schöner Garten der eingezäunt war. Leider hatte das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt (wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann) Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal.

Kurzurlaub

Das Haus war in einer Siedlung, aber sehr ruhig. Unsere Woche zum Abschalten vom Alltagstrott war ein Erfolg. Wir sind zwar zum Essen immer in den Ort gegangen, aber es wäre auch zum Kochen alles im Haus gewesen. Strand und Ort waren innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Tossens

Die Tage in Tossens waren wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ruhe in dem Haus ist wirklich himmlisch. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch wenn das Haus nicht topmodern eingerichtet ist, ist es zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ideal. Die Vermieter sind mehr als freundlich und halten einen vom ersten Tag der Buchung an auf dem Laufenden. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns mal wieder in Tossens sehen werden.

Zweckmässig

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Kurpark und Deichspazierweg sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön bepflanzt und man kann ungestört auf der Terrasse im Garten sitzen, der eingezäunt und von einer Hecke umwachsen ist. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns - bis auf die Küchenecke - nicht so gut gefallen. Die Möbel sind alt, das Sofa durchgesessen, die Matratzen durchgelegen, so konnte man sich nicht recht wohlfühlen. In der Küche fanden sich zwei unbrauchbare, zerkratzte Bratpfannen, das Brotmesser war so biegsam, dass man damit kein Brot schneiden konnte. Der Vermieter sollte mehr darauf achten, dass alles in der Wohnung brauchbar ist. Zudem war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber, vor allem das Bad bedarf einer Grundreinigung, aber das Reinigungsteam sollte nach dem Mieterwechsel auch Mikrowelle, Thermoskanne und auch die Gartentischdecke ansehen. Für Urlauber mit Hund ist die Wohnung praktisch, da komplett gefliest. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was es für einen Urlaub braucht. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer oder an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt einige Ausflugsziele, die mit dem Auto oder Rad gut zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank an Familie Zapke für die nette Betreuung vor Ort.
