Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und optimal für große Familien. Zwei schöne Bäder sind optimal mit vielen Personen. Die Küche ist hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten in den vier Schlafzimmern sind bequem und die Zimmer sehr großzügig. Sogar ein Spielzimmer ist vorhanden. Absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna! Sie funktioniert sehr einfach und heizt gut. Zum Strand läuft man 15 Minuten, zum Bäcker /Geschäft 2 Minuten.

Eine Woche Urlaub
Ein herzliches Danke an die Vermieter. Waren alle sehr zufrieden. Tolles Haus, die Einrichtung läßt nichts zu wünchen übrig. Alle notwendigen Küchengeräte vorhanden.Wir konnten unsere "Freizeit" genießen. Das Haus, die Gegend und die Nordsee: alles zu empfeheln.

Ein fast rundum herorragender Urlaub
Die Wohnung im OG ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und für einen 4-Generationen-Urlaub sehr gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, viel Platz auch zum verstauen von allem, was man für 14 Tag so braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, allerdings wäre eine Abzugshaube nicht schlecht. Das Ess-/Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz und die Terrasse ist riesig groß. Die Abzugspunkte gab es vor allem wegen der nur oberflächlichen Sauberkeit und einem kaputten Lattenrost in einem der Zimmer (Kingsize-Bett). Ansonsten waren wir alle sehr zufrieden; mit der Wohnung und der Umgebung.

Große komfortable Wohnung
Großzügige Räume mit genügend Platz um alles bequem unterzubringen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr. An Geräten war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Zusätzlich gab es einen Kontaktgrill, Mixer, Küchenmaschine. Auch große Töpfe waren vorhanden (was oft fehlt). Kleines Manko - eine Dunstabzugshaube fehlt. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.

Urlaub in Tossens
Schönes Objekt mit viel Platz. Nähe der Strandanlage mit vielen Aktivitäten. Geschäfte, Restaurant und Fahrradverleih auch in direkter Nähe. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Für speziellere Ausflüge musste man jedoch mind. Ne Stunde Autofahrt einplanen.

Urlaub im "Weißen Haus am Meer" in Tossens
Moin. Nach problemlosem Check-in am Samstag (24.07.) erhielten wir alle notwendigen Informationen über die "Ankerplatz Kai Kirchner"-Reiseagentur. Ausreichend Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung werden dem in zwei Ferienwohnungen (wir bewohnten das OG) aufgeteilten Ferienhaus gerecht und so konnten wir unsere Zimmer beziehen. Ein Mitarbeiter der Reiseagentur führte uns durch die Räumlichkeiten und stand für offene Fragen zur Verfügung. Den Hinweis, dass es kürzlich Probleme mit dem Fernsehempfang gab, sich die Vormieter aber nicht weiter gemeldet hätten und das Problem somit wohl gelöst sein sollte nahmen wir erstmal so hin... Nachträglich sollte sich die Agentur doch aber besser selbst davon überzeugen ob der Empfang wieder funktioniert und ggf. nicht auf Reaktionen seitens der Mieter hoffen. Als äußerst positiv bleibt definitiv die Lage in Erinnerung. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichten wir den Friesenstrand und passierten auf diesem verschiedene Restaurants sowie zwei Radverleih-Geschäfte und einen großen Souvenirmarkt. Auch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus (stündliche Anbindung zum Friesenstrand oder nach Nordenham) sowie der Markant-Supermarkt (preislich recht happig) samt Bäcker waren schnell erreicht. Die FeWo selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Leider scheint diese jedoch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, knarzende Fußböden und ein ebenfalls recht knarrendes Bett zeugten hiervon und waren beim Einschlafen etwas nervig. Etwas verwirrend die 2,50m lange Bettdecke welche mit dem selbst mitgebrachten Bettbezug nicht in Einklang zu bringen war, auch passten die zur Verfügung gestellten Bettdecken und Kopfkissen nicht zusammen, hier wurden größere und schmalere Kissen bunt durcheinandergewüfelt... Die Austattung geht alles in allem in Ordnung, nichtsdestotrotz hätten wir uns für diesen Preis zumindest über zur Verfügung gestelltes Klopapier, Geschirrspültabs und dergleichen gefreut. Dies gehört in anderen FeWo zum Standard. Nachdem das erwähnte TV-Problem auch am Montag noch bestand nahmen wir Kontakt zur Reiseagentur auf, diese versprach sich umgehend zu kümmern und uns auf dem Laufenden zu halten (was leider nicht geschah). Bereits 4 Tage später wurde die Satellitenschüssel neu ausgerichtet und das Problem (vermutlich) behoben. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters und der reizvollen Umgebung war dennoch ein toller Urlaub.
