Sehr gute Lage direkt hinter dem Deich. Zentrumsnah und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super ruhige Lage. Ein toller Fahrradschuppen ist auch vorhanden. Die Wände sind wohl gut dick, denn man hört nichts von den Nachbarn. Seitlicher Meerblick ist auch sehr schön wenn man mal gemütlich auf dem Balkon bleiben möchte. Ausreichend Stauraum in den Schränken.
