With three full sized bathrooms and three toilets the space is an added extra that will make your stay pleasant.

The Luxury Guesthouse is for your exclusive use only as well as your guests, there will only be your group in the house at the one time.

Check-in is 2pm and Check-out 10am. Please inform us when booking if you require an early check-in or late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Linen is provided for your stay, with the exception of beach towels - Please do not use our towels for the beach.

Spacious inside and out. Huge kitchen area. Stove top is hard to work out with instructions for a different model. Ten minute walk to town. Overall it’s comfortable with a homey feel.

The beds are comfortable. The linen is fresh. The property is spacious.The couches have been recently replaced. The property appears to be decorated in the 90s and nothing has changed from board games to Furniture, rusted bathroom fittings, the kitchen drawers are dangerous. They have no runners are wooden and rickety and almost fell over the adults I took away with special needs.The oven takes a very long time to work, but we were very grateful for it as the induction top was temperamental and the barbecue despite the maintenance manager coming out did not work. There is tea and coffee, expired UHT milk. No salt or pepper or Oil.It is a well laid out property suitable for a large group but be prepared.

Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the facilities you need and ample room for our large group. Improvements - Improve the lighting above the BBQ - Put some rollers on the utensil drawers - The wood oven doesn't really cut if for a pizza oven. Good for toasting marshmallows though! Cheers

Four families of our friends circle stayed here and had a great time. So many spaces and a large kitchen dining was amazing. Nothing to worry about security as the guest house is inside the caravan park, they got card activated boom gates. Coming back again..

Great getaway and plenty of space inside and out for a large group. Even when something unforeseen occurred a few days prior to our arrival, steps were taken to address this issue so our stay was not disrupted. Highly recommend.
