The Space:

Two light-filled living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether you're spending time together or enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living area connects seamlessly to the covered deck, creating an inviting setting for morning coffee, long lunches and evening barbecues surrounded by the trees. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers quality appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease, while the large dining table brings everyone together to share local produce and regional wines.
Downstairs, a second lounge offers another retreat with comfortable seating, books and board games, making it ideal for movie nights or a quiet afternoon indoors. This space opens directly onto the courtyard, where the fire pit provides a memorable setting to gather beneath the stars, surrounded by the peace and beauty of the native bushland.
The spacious primary bedroom features bushland views, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom includes two king single beds with its own ensuite, making it ideal for children or friends. A central bathroom with a bathtub provides added convenience, while the laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities for longer stays.
The home also offers on-site parking, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a heater, a wood fireplace and portable fans for a comfortable stay. Please note that Rosella is a separate dwelling located adjacent to Wren Studio (available to be booked separately).
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the quiet residential pocket of Yallingup, this home puts you within easy reach of the region's famous coastline and karri-forest charm. Yallingup Beach, with its calm swimming lagoon and legendary surf break, is just a short drive away, offering everything from safe family swimming to watching some of Australia's best surfers ride the waves at sunset. For something a little different, Ngilgi Cave offers guided tours through colourful underground limestone formations, while nearby cafés and cellar doors along Caves Road make for a relaxed morning coffee or long lunch. The Goanna Cafe is a local favourite with an outdoor play area, and Wild Hop Brewery is handy for an afternoon pint just outside the village. Explore the Cape to Cape Track and browse the arts precinct just off Caves Road, home to more galleries than anywhere else in the region.
Getting Around:
A car is essential for exploring the region, with wineries, beaches, cafés and natural attractions all within an easy drive. On-site parking is available, making it easy to discover Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton and the wider Margaret River region at your own pace.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Pet Policy:
This property welcomes pets for a fee of $95 per pet, with a limit of two. Please obtain prior approval for your pets. Please keep pets off furniture and out of bedrooms, supervise them at all times, and keep them at acceptable noise levels. Kindly clean up after your pets, as any additional mess may incur a cleaning fee.
Firewood and Fire Ban:
Firewood is provided from May to September. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations.
Please note that fire bans are in effect from November 1 to April 30, during which time fire pits are not permitted.
