Just over 1km from the Abbey Shopping (perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) and just 7km from Busselton town centre. The property is also ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic boutique shopping and cafe strip; Margaret River and the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen offers glimpses across the lush lawn and charming white picket fence to the bay, and accesses the spacious covered alfresco area. An outdoor setting and BBQ makes this the perfect chill out zone at the end of a fabulous beach (or winery tour) day and the lawned area is the perfect place for kids to play. The kitchen includes gas cooktop, electric oven, thermomix, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Following the spiral staircase from the exterior of the home to the upper balcony you will find a newly renovated tranquil oasis to soak up the gorgeous views over the bay. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local wine and nibbles or cosy up with a good book on the day bed. With a ceiling fan and large bifold windows, as well as heat lamps and outdoor blinds, this balcony can be completely opened in summer or closed in winter to be functional year-round.

Incredible views and beautiful home
The house is huge! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family (two adults, a 20 year old, and a 16 year old). Each room had a view and was beautifully decorated. The owners of this home have put a lot of heart into the way it is styled and we appreciated how well-stocked it was - in every way. We loved being on the beach (literally just a walking path between the house and the sand) and made the most of the viewing deck. Thank you!
