All rooms are double bedrooms, second lounge room and outdoor alfresco dining area.

Located in a quiet street in the Dunsborough Lakes. A short ride to incredible mountain bike trails, only 4 min to town, 6 min to beach with the golf course on your door step.
Breathtaking sunsets on the beach, long afternoons on the golf course, fun-filled family picnics down by the lake it ticks all the boxes.
Central location close to a variety of wineries, breweries and family friendly adventures. Audio and motion recording cameras located at front door(smart door bell) patio and side of property near lock box. These are purely for security. They are not monitored. A noise meter is also located under the patio. This does not record and only notifies the owner when the noise is in excess. No LEAVERS. Check out/ in on public holidays will incur a much higher cleaning fee due to cleaner staffing costs.

We had a lovely stay at the property however a few hiccups with check in and the cleanliness of the inside of the home. Host was great and very responsive to my messages which made the stay great.

Beautiful house.

Lovely spacious modern house. 10 min bike to beach and dunsborough. Lots of fun board games to play and outdoor games. We really enjoyed our stay.

PRO - Lovely property, perfect for two families. We enjoyed our Easter break. Beds and lounges are comfortable. It was nice to have a few basics in the pantry. CONS - uncomfortable feeling knowing there is sound monitoring outside & camera at the front door. We didn’t feel comfortable to have dinner outside due to the noise rules and 9 people in the house. Cleaning fee - highest I’ve paid ever and the Oven was dirty!! Master shower leaks into ensuite toilet making the floor wet and slippery. These things need to be attended to but otherwise a lovely stay

Great holiday home

We had a lovely stay at Anne’s home, great location, plenty of space, very clean. Only the main area was airconditioned, however each room had fans and the house stayed plenty cool enough even in very hot weather. Would happily stay here again. Thank you
