The location of the reception is tucked behind a wall when you walk into the front doors. We asked if we could drop off our luggage before check in and the male staff was a bit unpleasant to interact with. Just pointed and sat back down. Even though we attempted to greet in Korean and communicated with niceties such as please and thank you, no greetings, he barely acknowledge us; just pointed to the line of luggage against the wall and that's it. The shorthaired lady that assisted with out check-in was very nice though. The room was relatively clean and big but there were mold on the shower ceiling. The provided amenities were very minimal even considering the restrictions on single usage items. All the other hotels that i stayed in different cities on my trip to korea provided slippers in the room or are available upon request from reception. You have to purchase them from the vending machine separately at this location, which does take away from the experience.

The hotel room we stayed was at the 23th floor with a great view of the ocean. The room was very cleanly maintained. The hotel's location is also excellent with easy access to the Haeundae beach.

We stayed on one of the top floors and the views were exceptional. Very awkward to find the place, it didn't have s dedicated hotel entrance but rather had a reception desk in the middle of a building which had other front facing shops. My side is too look for the Euro Coffee shop and enter through any door and head to the centre of the building

Bathroom was not clean, toilet seat has a small spot on it that I had to wipe with soap before using. One of my hand towel has a hole from being so old and the other has a visible stain. No luggage tag if you store luggage’s there, total trust system. Bed is comfortable and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Subway station is 12 min walk away and bus station is 2 min away. View from the balcony is fine since I did not get the room with the ocean view.

Great view from the 25th floor, the room was clean, breakfast was plenty although their coffee machine only made espresso and americano with cold milk available only. But you can buy downstairs at a coffee shop near reception. The only improvement suggestion is to put up better signage as it took us some time to find the hotel building (it’s in the euro cafe building).

The room itself was very clean, though I did notice some red spots on the balcony that gave the impression it hadn’t been properly maintained. On the positive side, the staff were consistently friendly and ensured my room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. For the price I paid, however, I was surprised that the hotel did not provide room slippers. Instead, I had to purchase a pair from the vending machine downstairs, which was frustrating as the machine kept giving error messages and wasted quite a bit of time. The hotel did provide shower slippers, but I felt basic room slippers should have been included.

A great stay for our night in Busan! It’s 5 mins walk from the main promenade and the beach. Lovely views of the seas as our room was pretty high up! Staff were good with answering questions and helping out!
