Burnley is a town and the administrative center of the wider Borough of Burnley in Lancashire. The town is located near the countryside to the south and east, with the towns of Padiham and Brierfield to the west and north respectively. It has a reputation as a regional centre of excellence for the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Why not visit Burnley football stadium, only 250 yards away with free parking outside the front door! Or fancy venturing out further? Why not visit Manchester, Blackpool, Skipton and Preston with so many places to visit you are sure to have a great time.

Entering the property, you are greeted by a lounge, cosy kitchen/dining area with everything you need for those home cooked meals. Not fancy cooking? Why not venture out to the local reataurants just a little walk away or organise a meal to be delivered right to your door! Wander upstairs to find two comfy bedrooms to choose from both benefitting from a large kingsize bed in the master bedroom and a 4ft double bed in the second bedroom with plenty of storage space. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found on the sofa bed accommodating up to six guests altogether. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor benefitting from a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and towel rail. Street parking to the rear of the property can be found.
