Eigentlich ein schönes Häuschen, aber es müsste einiges instand gesetzt werden. Es müsste auch einmal gründlich geputzt werden

Diese Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr unsauber und mangelhaft gepflegt. Die Ausstattung muß erneuert werden, die Küche muß neu ausgestattet werden und eine richtige Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Im Außenbereich standen Brennessel ca. 1 Meter hoch. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, die man genießen kann. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gaststätte in 4 km Entfernung, was jedoch kein Problem darstellte, da bekannt. Einige Dinge müssten verändert werden. Etwas mehr Geschirr, Grill defekt, Zugangsweg in Ordnung bringen.

Sehr ruhiges Haus - einen Steinwurf von der Grenze zu den NL entfernt

Das einzelne Ferienhaus liegt von Feldern umgeben, gleich in Sichtweite zur niederländischen Grenze. Auf dem Gelände gibt es gleich nebenan noch zwei ebenfalls urlaubsvermietete Doppelhaushälften im gleichen Klinker-Stil sowie ein altes Gebäude, was wohl früher mal eine Windmühle war. Zu diesem Haus-Ensemble führt ein etwa 200m langer Feldweg, man kann direkt am Haus parken. Etwa 500m hinter dem Haus kreisen sechs Windräder (nicht störend!), auf der Wiese gegenüber grasen zeitweise Schafe, die wir also beim Blick aus dem Fenster beobachten konnten - und sie uns.... Das Grundstück ist mit mehreren Bäumen bestückt bzw. davon umgeben, sodass man einigermaßen windgeschützt wohnen und im Garten frühstücken kann. Im Umfeld gibt es mehrere Wassergräben, in denen auch der ein oder andere Frosch quakt. Bei Besuchen mit Kindern bitte bedenken, dass diese Gräben relativ steile Ufer haben, und sie sind nicht eingezäunt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig und grundsätzlich ausreichend. Wenn man zu sechst anreist, sollte man klären, ob genug Equipment (Besteck & Geschirr) in der Küche vorhanden ist (ggf. die Vermieter ansprechen). Zwei Zimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten, ein Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Dazu gibt's jeweils Schränke für die Wäsche. Voll ausreichend. Im Bad gibt es zwei Waschbecken, ansonsten ist es aber nicht luxuriös oder großzügig. Die Dusche, das Waschbecken und die Spüle in der Küche bekommen zügig ausreichend warmes Wasser (wir waren im Sommer da). Die Heizung haben wir im Juni natürlich nicht ausprobiert, ebensowenig den Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer. Der Fernseher bietet über Satellit viel zu viele Programme, darunter auch manches Gaga-TV. Es gibt WLAN, aber die Datenrate ist (noch) sehr dürftig. Das Handy-Netz zeigte E-Niveau - Achtung: Netz der Niederlande (Roaming-Tarif beachten!). Die Entfernungen nach Bunde, Nieuweschans (NL) und Nieuwe Statenzijl (NL) sind moderat (jeweils ca. 4-5 km). Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Wanderwege, man wandert daher teilweise am Rand der (wenig befahrenen) Landstraße zu diesen Orten. Im Übrigen sind aber auch die weiteren Orte in der Umgebung gut und schnell zu erreichen: Ditzum, Papenburg, Weener, Groningen (über die Autobahn) usw. Die Autobahnauffahrt (A280 in D, A7 in NL) liegt nur ca. 3-4km entfernt. Die Vermieter wohnen ca. 500 m entfernt und hätten mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden - wir haben es aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen müssen, weil alles gut war.

Herrlich

Wir waren zu sechs mit zwei Hunden und haben herrlich ruhige Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und lädt zum Wandern und Ausflügen ein. Eine kanutour auf der blauwestad in Beerta sollte man sich auf jeden Fall gönnen. Kanuverleih vor Ort.
