The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Make sure the hot tub cover is securely on, set the temperature to 98°, and clean up any trash around the area. Set the thermostat to 72° for AC (warm weather) and 67° for heat (cold weather).
Lock all windows and doors. When leaving, use only the keypad lock, do not lock any other front door locks.
Bag all trash and place inside the outdoor bins. Don not leave trash outside the bins due to animals
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. NO CATS

We enjoyed our stay !! The home was spacious and lots of room ! Everything we needed was provided ! Plus it was dog friendly and that is important to us as our dig is family ! Love lake Anna !
