Private: garden 40 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) heated (2 x 2 m, depth 70 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 10 km, public bathing area 10 km.
