With several terraces and comfortable seating, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a glass of wine or organize exciting barbecues with loved ones. In addition, the mobile ping-pong table and the 7x3m pool provide additional fun. You can also enjoy your stone terrace equipped with loungers and umbrellas to relax outdoors surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees, almond trees... it leaves nothing to be desired.
With the natural stone feature and Mallorcan charm, the interior of the estate continues. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with its Mallorcan style, connected to the dining room, inviting you to cook and dine together. Additionally, on this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a toilet. You can spend romantic hours by the fireplace, a corner of comfort. You feel as if transported to the previous century. With this vacation house, you rent a small masterpiece thanks to the old flour mill that adds originality and warmth to the atmosphere.
Upstairs is the living room with a comfortable sofa, another fireplace, satellite TV, and a bathroom in addition to three more bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the others with two single beds each to enjoy even more privacy.
