House with swimming pool located in a rural setting, very cosy and surrounded by nature.
The house is distributed on a single floor, with a spacious and comfortable living-dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and direct access to the exterior terrace.
It has a total of four bedrooms; Three of them double with built-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds.
It has a second full bathroom with a jacuzzi. Outside there is a large terrace with a pergola for the whole group to eat, barbecue, swimming pool, garden and field surrounding the house.
As previously mentioned, this is a house with a swimming pool located in a rural setting, very cosy and surrounded by nature. In a small adjacent plot, there are chickens and ducks and a small orchard with orange and lemon trees, which will be entertainment for the little ones in the family, as they will also be able to collect fresh eggs daily.
On the other hand, once a week, a person of total trust will come to feed them using a lateral access to the property. In addition, this person will clean the pool.
This house has very good connectivity with the entire island, as it is located 3 minutes from the highway that crosses Mallorca, 15 minutes from the best beaches on the Island and 30 minutes from Palma. Ideal for those looking to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy a vacation with family or friends.
Therefore, a car is recommended, ideal for visiting the rest of the island.
About 5 minutes by car is Campanet, a small village where you can access supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and other services.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.La maison est spacieuse sur un tres grand terrain avec figuiers et des citronniers entourée de vignes.Situé a 5 min de la 4 voies qui traverse l'ile et a 20 min de la playa de muro.Piscine correcte.

Haus in Bugar
Bei Beanstandungen haben wir uns an die Hausverwaltung gewandt und die Probleme wurden durch den Eigentümer sehr schnell behoben.
Was wir uns aber auf jeden Fall noch gewünscht hätten, wäre nach der Hälfte der Zeit (wir waren 3 Wochen dort) frische Bettwäsche gewesen. Es war sehr warm und dementsprechend haben wir auch geschwitzt.
Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn wir Informationen über die Müllentsorgung bekommen hätten. So mussten wir erstmal nach Containern suchen, die wir dann nach einigen Tagen auch im Nachbarort gefunden haben.
