You might begin upstairs in the master bedroom suite, waking up before everyone else to enjoy a quiet moment to yourself. Downstairs, the house starts to come alive—coffee brewing in the kitchen, someone already talking about heading down to the water.

By late morning, you’re walking to the dock, kayaks in the water, laughter carrying across the yard. Some spend hours floating, others paddle along the shoreline, and no one is really keeping track of time.

When you come back inside, the house shifts again.

The basement becomes the heartbeat of the evening, pool games, ping pong matches, kids locked into the 3000 game arcade, and just enough competition to keep things fun. With a second full kitchen downstairs, snacks and drinks are always within reach, and no one has to miss a moment.

Upstairs, others unwind, maybe a quiet conversation, maybe just a chance to breathe.

As the night winds down, everyone finds their own space:

The master bedroom on the top floor offers a private retreat to recharge and includes private bathroom.

Two bedrooms on the main level keep things close and comfortable with King beds in each room.

The basement bedroom gives even more flexibility for your group providing a triple bunk bed and queen bed.

And somehow, even with everyone under one roof, it never feels crowded, just connected. Cozy spaces throughout with open cathedral ceilings in the family room giving a spacious feel.

The entire home is yours to enjoy, from quiet mornings in the master bedroom suite to lively evenings in the game room downstairs.

You’ll have full access to all three levels of the home, including both kitchens, two family rooms, two laundry rooms and multiple living spaces.

Outside, the experience continues with dock access and everything you need for a day on the lake, including kayaks, floats, and life jackets.

Come and go as you please, settle in, and make the space your own.

From the moment you arrive, the space is yours to settle into and enjoy.

We won’t be on-site, but we’re always nearby in the background, available if something comes up or if you’re looking for recommendations to make the most of your time on Lake Lanier.

While it feels private and tucked away, you’re just minutes from some of the best spots around the lake.

Spend the day exploring nearby marinas like Holiday Marina, or head over to Lake Lanier Islands for lakeside dining, seasonal events, and outdoor activities. If you need to stock up or want to do a little shopping, you’re a short drive from Mall of Georgia, with plenty of restaurants and everyday essentials nearby.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore everything the Lake Lanier area has to offer. The home is easily accessible with convenient parking available on-site.

Most of what you’ll need is just a short drive away. You’re minutes from marinas, grocery stores, and local dining, and about 10–15 minutes from shopping and larger retail areas like Mall of Georgia.

If you’re planning lake days, nearby marinas such as Holiday Marina offer boat rentals and easy access to the water.

For those flying in, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately an hour away, making this an easy getaway for both local and out-of-town guests.

Whether you’re heading out for the day or staying in and enjoying the lake, everything is within easy reach.

We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few helpful things to keep in mind:

This home is located in a quiet, residential lake neighborhood. We ask that guests are respectful of the surrounding homes and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

While the home is lakefront with dock access, there are no direct lake views from inside the home. There are views, from deck, during the fall and winter. The lake is just a short walk away and is meant to be enjoyed as part of your daily experience.

Multi-Level Home
The home features multiple levels, including a master bedroom on the top floor.

The house is fully furnished which includes a beautifully finished basement with a second fully furnished kitchen. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout the property.

Lake & Dock Access
Access to private dock includes a natural lakeside path and a moderate incline, which is common for Lake Lanier waterfront properties.

Outdoor Space
The backyard is currently undergoing planned improvements. In the meantime, guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space, including the fire pit and lakeside setting and large covered deck.

House Rules
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. This home is best suited for families and groups seeking a peaceful lakeside retreat to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together.
We request that all guests be mindful when at the lake. There is no diving. Please do not run on the steps or on the dock. We suggest that life vest be used for adults while using kayaks. All children should have lifejackets worn at all times while kayaking.

There is no lifeguard on duty so you’ll be swimming at your own risk, should you decide to swim in the lake.
