Welcome to our little cottage—900 sq. ft. of charm, privacy, and comfort!

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it’s nestled along the Chattahoochee Natl Forest, just 1 mile from the Buford Dam and Lake Lanier parks.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings and easy access to downtown Sugar Hill, Cumming, and Buford, all just 10–15 minutes away, where you will find a great selection of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and top-notch medical facilities (Northside Hospital)

The space
- Bedroom 1: queen bed and a small work desk

- Bedroom 2: queen bed

- Kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking

- Living room with a Smart TV on which you're welcome to login to your favorite streaming services.

- High speed WIFI (ATT fiber) 250Mbps+

- Full-size washer and dryer

- Bathroom, with hair dryer/ soap/ shampoo/ conditioner

- Iron & ironing board

- A small back porch overlooking a large, private backyard / Chattahooche National Forest

Full disclosure:
- Our cottage was built in the 1950s. The floor is not perfectly level and the wails are not plumb-perfect.

The ceiling in the kitchen and dining room have a slope and may be challenging for those who are over 6'2".

If you're seeking perfection or a pro basketball player :-), this may not be the place for you.

However, what we lack in perfection, we make up in comfort and coziness.

Guest access
There is a smart lock on the front door. We will send you the access code and instructions prior to your arrival day.

Other things to note
Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or cannabis) inside the house. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 deep-cleaning and smoke remediation fee
