Reasonable hotel

Tribeca Studios was a reasonable choice if you need to stay in that general location. It is within walking distance to a few good parks and the local Natural History Museum, but those are the only big draws. The lobby and reception are clean and nice. The rooms are large, but mine was quite dirty. In particular the walls are scuffed up. My room had a balcony, but the door blocked the noise from the street poorly. If you plan on staying here bring ear plugs. The breakfast each morning is ok. It has a selection of breads, yogurts, teas, and coffee. The highlight is the staff, although most cannot speak English, some can and all of them are exceptionally kind. They made the stay much better.

Zthis is NOT a hotel

Although prepaid, we could not stay even the first night. The sliding doors in the ground floor did not close. The room was dirty. Staff was so nice to tell you they could not do anything about anything. Felt completely unsafe, specially with inability to close outside door. It should be rated as a low quality hostel not as a hotel. My first unhappy situation with hotels.com

Clean, modern (appartment) hotel

Clean, modern rooms, former appartments, now as hotelrooms (no use of kitchen), much space , little balcony, only rooms in the rear recomendable (busy street up front), neighbourhood not interesting, but subway only 4 blocks away, breakfast for additional pay in the hotel possible, check 11 hours

Excellent Hotel - Decent location.

Tribeca Studios was a great place to stay. Most of the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. It's a great value, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and include a balcony. The hotel has free wifi, which was nice, but a bit slow (at least on the lower floors, other guests mentioned their wifi was faster on the upper floors). Overall, the price and the hotel was great. The area is nice, and you can access two different subway lines by walking several blocks. It's necessary to take a subway or bus to see the many sights BA has to offer, but there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. If you're looking for a lot of nightlife and central location, there may be better parts of the city. But as far as the hotel is concerned, it would be difficult to find a place as comfortable, clean, and nice as Tribeca for such a great price.

PIOR HOTEL QUE JÁ FUI!

Foi o pior hotel que fui na minha vida, por um erro ou do hotel.com ou do hotel colocaram o check in 24 hs entende-se que vc pode chegar a qualquer momento, chegou eu algumas horas antes o rapaz bem atencioso e informar que o check in e 14, mostrei pra ele o aplicativo da reserva, ele disse que não teria problema e que poderíamos entrar por que existia quarto disponível. No dia seguinte a gerente super grossa, sem estrutura nenhuma para esta no cargo que a mesma tem, chamou 2 policias informando que nos não queríamos pagar a diária, se nem chegaram a cobrar. enfim depois de muita confusão, resolvemos fazer o check out e ir embora. Pois somos hospedes e não fomos pra ser maltratado. Se desde o começo tivesse informado que se entra-se antes das 14 hs mesmo nos tendo uma prova que era 24 hs o check in nós iriamos esperar ou iriamos pagar a diferença da hora. não agir de mau intenção. NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM.
