Ótima localização no bairro de Palermo. Prédio antigo necessitando de reformas. Quarto foi reformado, mas algumas não funcionais. Armários dificeis de se utilizar; chuveiro não segura a água quente e fica alternando; a limpeza não estava perfeita.

Localização excelente! Perto de bons restaurantes e lojas. O prédio é super antigo e tem um mini elevador! A limpeza do apartamento deixou MUITO a desejar! Banheiro cheio de musgo, empoeirado, chão descascado. Quarto também com áreas bem sujas. Cama muito boa, mas lençóis e toalhas estavam com cheiro de guardado. As fotos não representam o que realmente é! O contato com o proprietário foi ótimo e eficiente.

Boa estadia! Comunicação clara e polida com o proprietário, sempre disponível. A limpeza não é minuciosa, mas é suficiente. Não disponibilizam sacos de lixo extra, o que seria muito útil. O quarto é confortável e tem tudo que é necessário para uma ótima estadia, localização excelente no coração de Palermo.
