It Was A Disaster

Multiple days without electricity, multiple days without water, multiple days without an elevator (on the 11th floor and including early morning when leaving with my suitcases), and the inability to wash clothes just before leaving because of a water outage limited to only the washer. I believe that the organization running this apartment really tried to help me, but they were trying to line up a partial refund from the owner and that has still not happened several weeks later. The one thing that was certainly wrong before I got there is the A/C, which is in the living room and doesn't reach the rest of the apartment unless you leave all of the doors open. I slept on the couch more than half of the time I was there rather than in the uninhabitable-on-hot-nights bedrooms. The organization may be decent, but stay away from this particular property.
