Overall the stay was great, but the biggest issue was the shower. Every time we showered, the water backed up from the drain in the bathroom floor and flooded the entire room. I reported the issue but it was not fixed during my stay.

Not a 4 star property. Maybe 3. They claimed to be sound proof. But you can hear conversation and cars from outside. I contacted the property about this but I was told they can’t do anything about it. Bring earplugs if you staying here it will help a little. I booked this property because it’s VIP but no benefits. It says a bottle of wine but nothing I booked for 7 nights no bottle of wine arrived. The only good thing about this property is location.

Challenging to Access

Great location but as other travelers have mentioned, communication to access the unit was not the best. Also, the electronic lock is not as easy as the video showed initially. The unit is clean and comfortable (a little loud from the street noise) but because of the challenging access, I’m not sure I would stay again. Also, the information on Hotels.com is inaccurate - there is no offering for shuttle service with this property.

Overall would recommend.

Cleanliness was good overall. One big cockroach in the shower one day, which may have come up from the drain. Otherwise there weren’t any bugs. The hotel did not communicate well when asked questions (via whatsapp or secure email), but we did get the code to get in right before check-in. The automated system worked very well and once in the room, the stay was great. Big balcony! Would recommend, but better communication would be nice.

Moderno e boa localização.

Localização excelente. Apartamento novo, moderno e completo. Só precisam consertar a porta do box que está sem e molha todo o banheiro na hora do banho, mas é um problema pontual. No geral foi tudo tranquilo.
